Jens Best studied political science, international relations and macroeconomics, working in IT&Web-Business since the late 90s, founded two start-ups. Between 2000-2003 he produced several media projects in the fields of education, culture and art. Since 2007 consulting companies, institutions and people in the digital transition in economics, civil society and politics. As an exploratory webactivist he focus on questions of the public sphere in the digital age, the definition of an open digital civil society and its pratical politics and culture.
