71 days until 20,000+ global leaders come together for SMW September 12-16. Learn more here.

We all remember the filters released by Facebook when same sex marriage was legalized in the United States, and more recently during the Paris attacks. People on Facebook could add the filter or an illustration to their profile photos to show their support or raise awareness.

TNW reported that Facebook is expanding these profile picture frames by adding more causes and sports affiliations, among other categories, that people can choose to display. In fact, there is even a birthday category if you want to be sure people don’t miss the notification in their News Feed when signing in.

Take a look at the available frames currently available by visiting the Facebook profile frame picker.
