Education Online is a free half-day interactive workshop set up to
discuss ideas and opinions on online education. There will be 5 short
presentations from a number of organisations with an insight in this
area, followed by a group discussion facilitated by prerecorded video
talking points from a wide array of commentators, including
JISC CETIS, Cogbooks and Scotland’s Colleges

We aim to provide a networking opportunity and a chance for those
involved to take away from this a higher sense of understanding around
the topic of online education.

All of the content used during the workshop will combined with
viewpoints expressed on the day and made available as a “Mini” MOOC,
connecting the learners in room with those online and keeping the
dialog open long after Social Media Week.
