Recruitment can be an expensive business: job boards and print ads come at a significant cost. What’s worse, the candidates they attract are not always the best qualified for the job. Enter social. Social media has a lot to offer talent hunters: it’s free to use; populated with educated, talented individuals; and content spreads virally among communities, improving the chances of the right person finding out about your job.

In this 30 minute webinar, recruitment software entrepreneur Wendy McDougall will share some of what she’s discovered from 15 years experience of online recruitment: highlighting which social and online channels have proved effective, which haven’t, how to replicate successes and avoid the common pitfalls for those making their first attempts to recruit with social media.
