Today, everywhere we go we leave a footprint – an important insight that can make your campaign more successful. This is Big Data. Analyzing it is the biggest challenge of Social Media professionals. The problem is that data is all over the internet and in order to FIND and ENGAGE your customers you need to analyze, cross information and create RELEVANT CONTENT. But how to do that? Which tools are out there that can help you with that?
This is what this hand-on gamification workshop will demonstrate to you. It doesn’t matter if you already work with Social Media reports or if you are a salesman. Customers are everywhere and they are online. All you need is to look at their online presence by using the right tools.
The participants will in teams compete to create the best thought out campaign. Using Design Thinking methods and also get hands-on experience of segmentation, real-time data-mining and analysis through SAP solutions for big data, and will perform a life-building of a targeting campaign using billions of data records. The theme of the campaign that we will build is: How might we increase the number of times people use their bicycle to their workplace in Copenhagen?

It’s not at all any prerequisite that the participants has knowledge about utilizing the technologies or have experiences with Design Thinking Methodology. The objective is creating the right content and targeting the right audiences.

HOW TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM AN EVENT
You can remove yourself from an event by going on the event’s page and clicking on the button “ATTENDING” and you will see that it will change to “ATTEND” option. That means you are no longer signed up.
Please note that there will be charged a No-Show-Fee of 250 DKK. The registered will be charged the No-Show-Fee if registered doesn’t cancel accordingly. Cancellations must be made minimum 24 hours prior to event start by cancel your participation via the website here. In order to register your attendance it is important you check-in at the venue. Venue-staff will be handling this.
Transfer of ticket
It is further possible for registered participants to transfer event tickets to a colleague or a friend if the registered participant is unable to attend. The No-Show-Fee is made due to high demand and limited seats.
