Social Media Week certainly concentrates the mind, throwing up all sorts of issues that never have easy answers [guest blog post by William Paul]


One of these issues is how Social Media can be harnessed for the benefit of the ‘power of good’ when it has equal potential to benefit the ‘power of evil’. (Maybe evil is a big strong, let’s say bad)

I’m afraid I don’t have a definitive answer, but I do have an avalanche of adjectives that show the possibilities, good and bad, of what Social Media can be.
