SABINE EWALD works with hi-life planning and realizing music and culture events and did PR work for a public visitor’s centre in Hamburg. Being enthusiastically involved in cultural life and urban development both in private and in her job, she has been rooted in Hamburg for six years now. During her media, film and culture studies in Germany and GB she worked in the press department of a classical music festival and city marketing.

John Heaven is an expert in online communication and a freelance adviser and trainer. He gained degrees in Law and in International Studies from Exeter (UK) and Saarbrücken (De) before training as a public servant at Europe’s largest local authority, Birmingham City Council. There he took on a number of roles, including working as a strategic advisor to the Director of Communications. He moved to Hamburg in 2010, where he continued to work in the field of government and online communication. As a member of the Kultwerk West team, he designed and built the website (kultwerkwest.de) and is responsible for social media strategy.

INKEN MEYER works as a freelance art director and is co-founder of the Hamburg based business network Digital Media Women. She is organizing the Lunch Beat Hamburg, one hour lunch break spend with dancing. Being an enthusiastic business woman and founder she has become an expert on start-ups, offering coachings in marketing and social media.
