PEGS  (Policy, Education, Government & Society) Hub venue will be held at The E-Learning Centre. The first ever e-Library in Lagos State  dates back to 1950 when the then Lagos Town Council functions were increased to include the provision of Library Services. The State Government upgraded this Centre in 2012 to provide a wide range of e-Learning tools for students, teachers, researchers and other knowledge seekers in the State and others from outside the state. The e-Learning Centre constructed by the Lagos State Government is an ultra modern learning environment utilizing electronic or digital technology.
