In a few short years, community managers have gone from manning the fort on a new frontier to front-and-center of the marketing mix. This panel will examine different emerging archetypes, each representing different roles in community management. We will also examine how smartest brands are optimizing their methods, and dig into examples of content and experiences that are performing. In addition, we’ll examine the next few years of the position, including a detailed look at where paid media will fit into the equation and how brand marketers will soon leverage social data from these channels to inform their creative briefs in new ways.
The participants will give a 2 minute initial presentation on the most important lessons they’ve learned manning the social channels for a brand, and then we will discuss the key themes in a lively panel discussion and Q&A.
