Twitter and comedy collide in a reprise of last year’s madcap SMW session led by three of social media’s brightest stars. Lizz Winstead (@lizzwinstead), Julieanne Smolinski (@boobsradley) and Jon Friedman (@friedmanjon) have a combined Twitter following of 250,000. Anyone not reading their Tweets misses out on some very funny writing, as well as insightful commentary on politics, pop culture, romance, and the general haplessness of humanity. The trio’s 2012 SMW event featured the hashtag game #rejectedgroupons; it trended to No. 2 in the world within 30 minutes. This year, they’ll try for No. 1—and impart more wisdom about brevity in humor.
