Even with the incredible outcomes that are possible, there can be a myriad of difficulties that virtual teams face on a regular basis when confronted with the task of collaborating effectively, no matter what technology is available to facilitate this process.

The fact is that we still aren’t collaborating well, that technology isn’t helping, and harping on culture isn’t either. To find solutions: what questions should we be asking ourselves, and what hints do we currently have that will lead us quickly to the next generation of thinking and results?
