Advisory Board Welcomes Brian Remmel

Social Media Week is pleased and honored to welcome Brian Remmel to the Advisory Board.

Brian will be helping to coordinate some of San Francisco’s leading events and applying his knowledge and skills through out all areas.

Brian is a Social Media Evangelist that has helped strategize many New Media campaigns for numerous corporate entities in Silicon Valley.  He has also help found our local Social Media Club  and taken part in many events here in the Bay Area.

Advisory Board Welcomes Lena Shaw

Social Media Week San Francisco is pleased and honored to welcome Lena Shaw to our advisory board this week!

Lena will be extending her skills to help lead and organize San Francisco’s events and lending her expertise wherever needed.

Shaw most recently worked as the manager of Public Relations and Social Media for DotNext Inc., where she was promoted twice, won the first Rising Star Award and was named Marketing Person of the Year. Shaw was instrumental in driving social media programs and campaigns emphasizing authenticity and long-term relationship building.

We’re completely ecstatic to have Lena on board!

We’re excited to bring you this event and currently, schedules are on a tentative release.

Bear in mind that we will be releasing updates later this week and prior to the event so stay tuned!
