Well, it’s Thursday. We’re way past the mid-way point and nearing the end of what has been an incredible week of networking, sharing, laughing, engaging and participating.
The showcase of panels, presentations, discussions and commentary so far have led me to this conclusion: social media has definitely moved out of the ‘fad’ stage and become a necessary communications channel that many Canadian companies – enterprises to small businesses – are using as customer service platform as well as to build ‘like’-able brand identities.
