Human trafficking is one the greatest challenges of the 21st century. The International Labor Organization estimates that approximately 20.8 million people are in slave-like conditions around the world. However, Web 2.0 is a powerful tool that both enables and can potentially hinder human trafficking at home and abroad.
This panel is for anyone interested in human rights, social entrepreneurship, or the abuse of technology — all three topics will be covered during the event.
