Twitter Announces Their New CMO: AmEx’s Leslie Berland
After multiple Vice Presidents at Twitter left the company, Jack Dorsey and his team proudly announced their latest addition to the team, former American Express executive, Leslie Berland.
We are excited to announce the first round of leaders who will bring our 2020 theme HUMAN.X to life at our global conference in New York on May 5-7.
It’s official, Twitter’s newest hire is Leslie Berland, the former Vice President of Global Advertising, Marketing and Digital Partnerships at American Express.

This comes shortly after a slew of Twitter executives left the company (VP of Media, VP of Product, and VP of Engineering), which interim CEO, Jack Dorsey, addressed over the weekend:

Leslie Berland, shared her excitement on Twitter in response to Jack Dorsey, and said, “Excited to join you and the amazing teams to bring to life the power, uniqueness and magic of Twitter!”
