Thank you to everyone who helped make the 10th edition of #SMWLA possible!

On behalf of the entire Social Media Week team, we want to thank all of our attendees, speakers, partners, volunteers, and everyone in the SMW community for making the 10th annual Social Media Los Angeles conference such a successful and inspiring event.

We’re tremendously grateful for the platform our programs offer and the opportunities they present to engage people in the important — yet sometimes difficult — conversations and movements that fuel positive social impact. This year’s global theme, “Stories: With Great Influence Comes Great Responsibility,” will continue to fuel insights into how we can ensure our stories leave a lasting impression on the people who consume them, and make them worthy of our time and attention.

Over the past two days, we hosted two main stages, our inaugural Instagram Academy, 12 sponsors, 60 sessions, and more than 60 speakers across 12 unique content tracks. These panels featured a number of leading brands, platforms agencies, and publishers including ELA Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Entrepreneur Media, Reddit, QDOBA, Fender, Walmart, ipsy, and Hot Wheels, and a diverse lineup of storytellers that included event producer Andy King, Eaze’s Sheena Shiravi, Ira Madison III, and Founder of Mighty Networks, Gina Bianchini.
