Nazanin Rafsanjani is the Creative Director of Gimlet Creative, Gimlet Media’s in-house advertising agency. In this role, Nazanin oversees all the development and production of advertisements across Gimlet’s roster of shows.
During her #SMWChicago session titled, “The Golden Age of On-Demand Audio” Rafsanjani will talk about the re-emergence of podcasting, creating effective, smart and engaging advertising strategies for brands through audio and how to leverage podcasting as a way to highlight a company’s leadership in their respective marketplaces.

Matt Marcus is the VP, Executive Creative Director of Business Transformation. Matt leads the Systematic Design program within R/GA’s Business Transformation unit, partnering closely with Brand Design, Technology, and Insights & Planning across offices. In this position, he is responsible for helping clients identify, define, and design digitally supported services and products that impact future growth.
