Program Director, Watson and IBM Cloud, IBM Watson
Carolyn Calzavara is a Program Director in IBM Watson, helping organization put AI technology to work. She works with partners and clients to successfully transform their business with IBM’s cognitive AI technology. A seasoned marketing professional, Carolyn was one of the first marketers for IBM Watson, creating a new category and commercializing IBM’s game-changing technology. She currently leads marketing, public relations, and external communication for IBM Watson partners and clients.
Prior to joining IBM, Carolyn was Demand Marketing Leader for SPSS, acquired by IBM in 2009. Previously as Senior Marketing Director of the Direct Data Software division of The Nielsen Company, she had overall responsibility for the brand’s marketing strategy and plan worldwide.
Carolyn has a winning track record of bringing new technology solutions to market through organic development and acquisitions. She graduated from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University with an MBA in Marketing and Information Systems.
