With the goal of creating a transformative consumer experience, T-Mobile turned their social media channels into a powerful tool to answer key business questions and gain insight into audience behavior. Through creative experimentation and performance learning, with their agency partner Decoded Advertising, they were able to use this data to inform a more seamless, connected and tailored experience at every touchpoint in the consumer journey.
