Quirk came out of a passion for technology and marketing more than 15 years ago. While studying a Business Science Degree at the University of Cape Town in the 90s, founder Rob Stokes did his thesis on email marketing, which was the starting point to build what is now the largest agency in Africa with an international client base, more than 200 person staff, and is now part of the WPP global network.
