Social Commerce Doesn't Have to Be Difficult: How Top Brands Are Navigating the Space

2:20 PM - 3:00 PM

Hosted by Collective Bias, An Inmar Influencer Marketing Agency

Sheraton Times Square 811 7th Avenue New York NY 10019

Social commerce has been a fun concept to talk about over the last few years, but the time is finally right for marketers to embrace strategies that make shopping easier for consumers. With so many purchases happening as a result of exposure to social content or happening on social platforms, technology has finally caught up with marketers’ big ideas to enable purchases without forcing shoppers to leave the social platforms they flock to for inspiration.

Nearly one in ten purchases today occurs through emerging digital purchase points like Pinterest, messaging apps, or voice assistants. Fifty-four percent of shoppers are planning to increase purchases through SMS, messaging apps, and chat over the next year, and these numbers only increase when you look at Millennial and Gen Z consumers. For brands to succeed in this increasingly connected world they will need to embrace new technologies and platforms that make social shopping easier.

In this session, hear from Leah Logan, Vice President of Social Commerce Products at Inmar as she discusses how top brands have created a winning social commerce strategy.

Attend this session and learn:

  • How to prioritize personalized customer experiences
  • How to create a more streamlined, intuitive path to purchase
  • How to develop a personal connection with shoppers to create authentic experiences
