If you’re looking to skip the lines at registration, you can pick up your pass early on Wednesday October 30 from 12pm - 5:30pm at the front entrance lobby at the QEII
You do NOT need to print your email confirmation to pick-up your pass. You can pick-up passes on October 30 on behalf of other members of your group, but please bring a copy of everyone's photo ID (on phone or printed).

Yes! We have a new app experience that is provided by our Technology Partner, Topi. The app is now available in iOs and Android.
No, every individual that attends official Social Media Week London events is required to have his or her own pass. We do not allow multiple individuals to share one pass. There will be attendee check-points and badge monitoring throughout the week.
Sessions will not be live streamed publicly. The sessions can be accessed, both LIVE and On-Demand via SMW Insider. All Standard and Premium Passholders should have received instructions on how to access their complimentary subscription to SMW Insider via email.
We will be providing complimentary coffee onsite for all attendees each morning and water and snacks throughout the day. SMW Attendees will also have their pick of complimentary food options during the lunch hour.
