When does SMW London take place?

All official events will take place at QEII Centre starting at 9:00am on Thursday, October 31. You need a Standard or Premium Pass to attend official events at the QEII.




Where does SMW London take place?

Official programming will take place at the QEII Centre (Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE) on Thursday October 31 and Nov 1.

The venue will be comprised of:

  • 2 main stages, which will hold more than 1100 attendees
  • 1 Exhibitor Hall where technology providers will demo their products throughout the week
  • Multiple coffee stations providing complimentary coffee and refreshments throughout the day



When and Where Can I pick up my Pass?

If you’re looking to skip the lines at registration, you can pick up your pass early on Wednesday October 30 from 12pm - 5:30pm at the front entrance lobby at the QEII

You do NOT need to print your email confirmation to pick-up your pass. You can pick-up passes on October 30 on behalf of other members of your group, but please bring a copy of everyone's photo ID (on phone or printed).

In the very heart of Westminster, the QEII Centre is ideally located to take advantage of everything London has to offer.

Is there a mobile app for Social Media Week?

Yes! We have a new app experience that is provided by our Technology Partner, Topi. The app is now available in iOs and Android.

Activate the app experience:

  • Launch the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android)
  • Search for "Topi Inc."
  • Login via LinkedIn or Facebook and then enter code "smwlondon19". You can also link your SMW account in the profile section of the app.



Can I share my pass with other colleagues throughout the week?

No, every individual that attends official Social Media Week London events is required to have his or her own pass. We do not allow multiple individuals to share one pass. There will be attendee check-points and badge monitoring throughout the week.




Can I watch official SMW London sessions online?

Sessions will not be live streamed publicly. The sessions can be accessed, both LIVE and On-Demand via SMW Insider. All Standard and Premium Passholders should have received instructions on how to access their complimentary subscription to SMW Insider via email.




Are there food options on site?

We will be providing complimentary coffee onsite for all attendees each morning and water and snacks throughout the day. SMW Attendees will also have their pick of complimentary food options during the lunch hour.

Where can I view the schedule of events?

You can view the Agenda here for SMW London.

Tip: "Bookmark" sessions on the Agenda page. Bookmarks allow you to easily view and save the sessions you're most interested in. Just look for the small bookmark icons below each event on the Agenda page, and click to save that event. You can access your list of all bookmarked sessions from the top of each page on the site by clicking on your bookmark icon.

Are there discounts or scholarships available?

Is there a coat check at the conference?

Yes, there is a coat check in the ground floor lobby of the QEII that will be available to SMW delegates.
