“Storytelling Through Images” with Brit + Co’s Chief Creative Officer at #SMWLA
Register for #SMWLA, which takes place this June 13-16 bringing together thousands of leaders in media, entertainment, and technology.
As a media company, Brit + Co produces over 100 pieces of content per day in varying formats and across numerous platforms. A visually strong brand focused on creativity, Brit + Co’s aesthetic is an essential part of its identity.
This aesthetic is the vision and creation of the company’s first employee and Chief Creative Officer, Anjelika Temple. From illustrating stories as a child to her post-graduate fellowships in fine art, Anjelika has always understood the power of visuals.
In her day-to-day, Anjelika works to ensure that everything Brit + Co produces, be it a long-form article, weekend DIY project, or social post, is consistent with a larger strategy that engages the company’s audience of over 125M.
Anjelika will speak to the importance of brand identity, the creation of the Brit + Co strategy, and the logistics of scaling and executing her vision in an oversaturated digital landscape.
Attendees will learn why aesthetics are a powerful part of storytelling, how to create a distinct brand identity in a crowded market, and how to manage creatives and scale a company’s visual identity as you grow.
