Kristin recently launched a unique venture creator group where she is incubating new businesses, making equity investments into existing companies, and revitalizing some of the world’s most iconic brands. Kristin is sought after because of her distinctive perspective building companies and brands that capture the imagination of the zeitgeist.

Named one of the “Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing” by Brand Innovators in 2015 and 2016, Kristin has developed a distinguished reputation for being a disruptive, trend-setting brand steward – breaking the barriers between pop culture and brands by creating universal relevancy across sports, fashion, technology, and music.

Most recently, Kristin was the CMO, Global Brand Development at PepsiCo, where she was responsible for delivering the company’s long-term global growth strategy and expansion plans. She was also tasked with building global plans and programs across existing and new categories, touchpoints, and experiences to build and leverage global equity and enhance PepsiCo’s global relevancy.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Kristin was the Chief Marketing Officer for Playboy Enterprises where she worked to extend the brand into new categories and launched new digital initiatives, including gaming and an e-commerce hub. Previously, Kristin served as Executive Vice President of Brand Strategy at William Morris Endeavor, and Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at GAP, Inc. In addition to GAP, Kristin held several other leadership positions at Liz Claiborne, NBC Universal, Calvin Klein, The Walt Disney Company and Revlon where she served as the Vice President for Brand Strategy and New Product Initiatives.

Peter co-leads program marketing for all original programming on HBO Max – also known as ‘Max Originals’. This includes strategy, creative, media, events, partnerships, and social media. The job requires a heavy degree of coordination with the rest of HBO, Warner Brothers, AT&T, and others.

Before HBO Max, he ran marketing strategy for TBS & TNT, focusing on initiatives that bring science to the art of marketing. His team set the goals, defined the target audience, and crafted the positioning statements for all marketing campaigns. In parallel, they ensured that the whole marketing organization wass using the most effective data-centric tools to optimize their effectiveness in reaching the right user with the right message at exactly the right time.

Peter joined Turner after eight years at Google, where he was most recently the product marketing lead for YouTube Gaming. In his time at Google he also launched Chromecast, Android TV, YouTube on TV, as well as the cornerstones of YouTube’s monetization – TrueView ads, interest based advertising and the homepage masthead. Before that he had a career in advertising, managing the accounts for American Express, Miller, Pepsi, P&G, and Wrigley’s – to name a few.

Lesley Robin is the VP of Social Content and Strategy at Comedy Central. She is responsible for Strategic Planning and Content Creation for all social content going out across Comedy Central’s social feeds, with a focus on platform-specific best practices. She has overseen social campaigns for major network priorities such as The Roast of Justin Bieber, the launch of The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and Clusterfest. She currently heads up the creation of original social content across multiple platforms. She reports into Jen Danielson, Comedy Central’s SVP of Digital.

Lesley joined Comedy Central in 2014 as Director of Social Strategy to focus on fan engagement and shaping the types of content that were released on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. Prior to joining Comedy Central, Lesley was the Director of Digital Communities at 360i where she oversaw social content creation and community management for entertainment clients such as USA, Bravo and Oxygen. Prior to that, she served as the Group Director of Social Media for Media Storm, where she started the social media practice for the agency and launched social media campaigns for several film studios and TV networks.

Lesley graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Dramatic Arts and distinction in her major. She lives in Brooklyn with her 2-year-old daughter who is very obsessed with Fraggle Rock.

Matt Lawler is the director of digital media for the Global Partnerships division of AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company. Acting as an internal agency for AEG, Global Partnerships oversees worldwide sponsorship sales and activation for over 135 world-class platforms across five continents and numerous other assets, including venues, sports franchises, events, tours, festivals and digital content among other AEG holdings. In 2017, AEG Global Partnerships managed $2 billion in contractually obligated income across its global assets and was responsible for generating $525 million in annual revenue.

Within AEG Global Partnerships, the company’s most profitable division, Lawler is responsible for the execution of strategic digital media initiatives, including the development and management of digital and social marketing campaigns, engaged communities and engaging partner and fan-generated content. As part of these efforts, Lawler concentrates on monetizing digital capabilities and integrating them into the larger Global Partnerships business strategy. He also works alongside the strategy and analytics teams to ensure that sales and activation teams across AEG Facilities, Presents, and Sports are using the company’s digital facets to drive and enhance value for all partners.

Prior to joining AEG Global Partnerships, Lawler served as vice president and group director of social for media agency Canvas Worldwide. While there, he was responsible for developing connected technology solutions for clients across a range of industries, including retail, entertainment, non-profit, and automotive. Lawler also managed a social media-spend budget of $35 million and spearheaded business development efforts that lead to a 20 percent increase in the agency’s annual media-spend budget.

Previously, Lawler served as social media account director at Initiative, a global communications agency, where he led a team in the execution of social media strategy across clients’ paid, owned and earned media channels. Lawler worked with clients such as Kia and Hyundai, and oversaw social production elements for major international events, including MTV’s Video Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Vidcon, Super Bowl, NBA Finals and more.

Anthony Padilla is an American actor and comedy writer known for satirizing internet culture across mediums. Most recently, Padilla reprised his role starring opposite Jason Sudeikis and Maya Rudolph in Columbia Pictures “The Angry Birds Movie 2,” following the success of the 2016 animated film “The Angry Birds Movie.” In 2018, he was seen as the host of the Nickelodeon series “Throw Back” and was a series regular on the Facebook Watch series, “Starter Pack” by AT&T Hello Lab. In addition to lending his voice to “The Angry Birds Movie” during 2016, Padilla voiced the role of Freddy in the Lionsgate animated film,
“Arctic Adventure: On Frozen Pond.” During 2015, Padilla co-created and starred in his first feature film, “Smosh: The Movie,” in partnership with Lionsgate. Following the success of his first film, he was tapped as the lead for the YouTube Red feature, “Ghostmates”, which he also executive produced.

In addition to his acting career, Padilla co-founded the media company, SMOSH, in 2006. During his decade long tenure as founder and star, the comedy empire garnered 22 million subscribers on YouTube, released two feature films in partnership with Lionsgate & YouTube Red, and created over ten short-form scripted shows.
