As a registration team member, you’re the first person our attendees see upon arriving at SMWLA. No pressure! As a staff member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that attendees feel welcome as they quickly proceed through badge pickup and into the general sessions. If you’re one of our team captains, you’ll be running the show.

Responsibilities include assisting our attendees at pass pick up, front-facing brand awareness and attendee interaction as well as lending a hand in our breakdown of the venue on the final day of #SMWLA.
Our team of stage assistants and speaker liaisons will be tasked with ensuring a flawless conference production for stages. Our programming logistics staff members are expected to learn the ins and out of each and every SMWLA session (e.g. who is speaking, when, what stage and what other responsibilities that speaker has while onsite) in order to provide a flawless content experience for our attendees at every point of the program.
Our customer service support rep/help desk greeter will be responsible for creating an optimal experience for attendees. Largely, this will involve onsite communication of the day-to-day events throughout the week and provide guidance and support as necessary.
