Paula has a degree in management and is a journalist. She worked in various tech companies and digital agencies in LATAM. She was project manager for Microsoft, Unilever digital projects and Account Manager of The Walt Disney Company. Then she founded Kaizen Interactive five years ago, now call Soulnet: a Social Media Agency with its own Social CRM. She was part of Silicon Valley Mission in 2010 where she co-founded Root4 a mobile app for Social Causes. Her passion is communication, how society is transformed by technology and how humans could use it to make a better world each day. Connectivity needs to be something that improves our lives. In 2011 she leaded won Buenos Aires Emprende program, she was moderator at Startup-weekend and in 2013 her pitching session won another Silicon Valley mission for Root4. In 2015 with Soulnet she is the City Organizer of the first Social Media Week in Mexico City.
Georg was Assistant director to Michael Thalheimer, Jan Bosse and Stefan Kimmig at the Thalia Theater Hamburg Germany. Part of his occupation at the time was to plan, supervise and execute events and shows with more than 1000 people in the audience, as well as hosting guest stars, and managing the daily processes of a theater with a 400 man crew. He as well is a experienced in interactional events working in various countries for the Goethe Institut (German Cultural Institute) such as Vietnam and Buenos Aires. He was assistant director to Michael Thalheimer at Thalia Theater Hamburg: der Reigen, to Jan Bosse at Maxim Gorki Theater Berlin: Peer Gynt (incl. Video Arts), organized at Theater Hochschule Leipzig the National Theater Academy Festival (incl. outdoor event management), at the Goethe Institut Buenos Aires: Dramaturgias Cruzadas (German/Argentine Drama Festival in Buenos Aires) as well as the Filmfestival CineTeatroAleman: in Buenos Aires.
