Social Media Week is a leading news platform and worldwide conference that curates and shares the best ideas and insights into social media and technology's impact on business, society, and culture.


SMW Miami 2015 T-Shirt Design ContestWe want you to look fabulous for your Social Media Week Miami selfies! Therefore we are calling on all creative minds to submit their best designs for our official Social Media Week Miami 2015 T-shirt Design Contest. What are we looking for? Designs that are imaginative, deslumbrante, trés chic… You get the idea! The Contest is open to everyone until Friday, August 21, 2015. One winner will be chosen and will receive two full-access passes to Social Media Week Miami, a $150 gift certificate, recognition throughout the Social Media Week Miami social platforms and two complimentary t-shirts with the winning design. Best of all we will not take ownership of your designs, just a license!

Meet the contest judges: 1) Vassoula Vasiliou, President of the Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and Creative Consultant at StudioAzul, 2)  Siggi Bachman Development Director of the Miami Chapter of AIGA and Creative Director of the world-renowned New World Symphony, 3) Ernesto Sosa, Partner at Eventcrowd, the company that produces Social Media Week Miami, and Founder and CEO of SOWEB, and 5) Lawrence Pedrosa, Eventcrowd Partner.

“Social Media is an unfiltered source where ideas are planted and insights are drawn,” remarked Vasiliou. “That being the case,” added Pedrosa, “why not make sure that the images we contribute, whether uploading or wearing them, are stunning to the eye?”
