Come and meet U.S. State Department officials and learn what steps are being taken to expand internet access and community engagement in order to support the free flow of information in Latin America. New policies and platforms that allow people to engage each other in changing the future of their communities are a priority for the U.S. Government, and our experts will be sharing insights and taking questions in both Spanish and English. Participants will include Ambassador Daniel A. Sepulveda, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and U.S. Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy, and Jean Manes, Principal Deputy Coordinator for International Information Programs.
