CEO, The Montiel Organization
Orlando V. Montiel, , is the founder of PAZECONOMICA.COM, CATT REALTY, THE MONTIEL ORGANIZATION AND IOXUS FINANCIAL, where he has served as the President and CEO since October 2000. Prior to founding IOXUS FINANCIAL GROUP Mr. Montiel worked from 1994 to 1998 at Bank of America where he participated in the merger and acquisition of Barnett Bank, Chase Federal Bank and Nations Bank among others, he also managed a portfolio of clients in the international division before joining Prudential Financial as a financial advisor.
In his leadership role, Mr. Montiel directs the continue expansion of the companies operation, which includes, real estate brokerage, financial advice, investment and financing for the companies portfolio and its clients in the U.S.A. and Latin America. As an expert on the field he has participated in more than 600 commercial and residential real estate transactions and has done more than 750 seminars.
In 2005 Mr. Montiel published the book “Real Estate in Florida” a Practical Guide, in Spanish and in 2008 Paz Económica
In 2007, after realizing that according to the National Association of Realtors less than 5% of all real estate agents have a formal real estate sales training, he founded The Montiel Organization, . The purpose of the Montiel Organization is to transform real estate agents into sales professionals and advisors to their clients. His company provides the knowledge, tools, support and training that have allowed Mr. Montiel to help over 1,200 agents increase their confidence, number of clients, and income while at the same time focus on increasing free time and quality of life for the participants in the program.
He has trained agents for Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, Douglas Elliman, EWM, Century21, Engel & Volker, Keller Williams, and many other firms in the USA and Latin America as well as in the Association of Realtors of Miami.
He is also the “on camera talent” for Univision and MasterCard in the roll of financial advisor and real estate expert, he also held the same position in Telemundo from 2005 to 2009. He has been a guess speaker on the topic of real estate in several opinion programs in Latin America as well as in the U.S.A.”
