In this talk Michelle Klein, Facebook’s Head of Marketing, North America, will share Facebook’s vision for the future of video, the role it will play in advertising and how language and communication will continue to evolve in this space.
At Facebook, Michelle oversees the vision and strategy for marketing as it relates to advertisers and the advertising industry, agencies, small business and Facebook Marketing Partners.
Prior to Facebook, she was Vice President of Global Marketing for Smirnoff, and in that capacity, spent eight years guiding the world’s original vodka brand through a complete brand reinvention. From the creation of a global experiential and social campaign spanning 50 countries to overhauling the entire packaging design for Smirnoff’s product range, Michelle played a key role in driving the 150-year-old brand into the future.
Michelle first launched her career in Public Relations in Australia. She wrote a weekly column in The Sydney Morning Herald before moving to London where she was Group Director of the British Airways account at Agency.com.
